"I called because I had a few questions and concerns about my billing. A lady answered so politely and helped me out with my concerns and made me feel at ease explained every detail about my bill and was very patient with me although I had called with frustration. By the end of the call everything about my bill was cleared out and I was very happy with her customer service. Thank you so much Richelle."

"2/23/25 edit: I continue to get predatory mail every single day. I'm now reporting you to BBB. I hate when businesses get ahold of my address and send unprompted marketing letters, and I consider the practice to be borderline predatory. Not to mention, it's awful for the planet. I wasn't in the market for new insurance anyway, but if I was, I sure wouldn't choose Julia. I'll be sure to tell my friends to avoid her as well."

"The WORST insurance agents in the greater Seattle area. Go with anyone. The first agent I spoke to hung up on me while I was trying to pay my bill, the second agent took an extreme attitude with me, claimed I had no card on file but when I pressed her she was magically able to pay my bill. No one can explain why they are charging me $260/month for two cars that are both well over ten years old, one of which is driven fewer than 50 miles a month. This office is an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs, I am certain there are much better alternatives with agents who actually care."
"Hello Miss Hirtle, I am deeply concerned why you feel you are being scammed and much more feeling we are the WORSE as you called my team. Your disrespect and intolerable attitude towards my team member left my team member with no other choice to dismiss your call and I support that. We serviced your policies "temporarily" for the last two months after your Agent unexpectedly retired. Before this one episode, we never interacted with you before therefore you have no perspective of who we are and the quality service we provide. Make no mistake, my team members are not here to be belittled, insulted or disrespected by anyone. I wish you receive the treatment you deserve with your next insurance agent, I really appreciated that you transferred out of my agency right after that second call. "Hola compré Aseguranza por varios años y en agosto de este año el día 23 llamé para cancelar mi póliza y la persona que me atendió me dijo que estaba bien y me dijo que habían cobrado mi mensualidad ase tres días y que me iban a reembolsar de ese último pago Y todo fue lo contrario el siguiente mes me le cobraron de nuevo a mi banco y e llamado cuatro veces a la azeguranza para mensionarles esto mismo que estoy escribiendo aquí y me dan puras respuestas negativas y me dicen que en 7 días lavorales me van a devolver lo de los últimos dos meses y asta ahorita no e recibido nada al contrario ase dos semanas me llamaron que para recordarme que el último pago de octubre 19 no lo e echo Cómo voy a aser ese otro pago si ya cánsele mi póliza desde agosto 23 de este año !!!"

"you will get quoted one number and it will each month increase without any changes to your auto policy i was quoted 145 and my bill was just 243$ it slowly went from 145-193-223-243 again with zero changes to the policy go elsewhere when looking for auto insurance"
