Julia Johnson State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive, career minded and experienced sales representative. This candidate must be experienced in sales with a track record or have prior insurance sales experience in property and casualty or life insurance. The state of Washington Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License will be required for this position. The selected candidate must already have this professional license or be capable to study, test and pass the state exam within the first 30 days of employment.This is a sales position where the selected candidate will have the direct responsibility to generate leads turning them into new long and lasting business relationships.   • Develop leads, identify customer needs, schedule and hold sales presentation appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure all client's insurance and financial needs are met elevating the customer relationship with the Julia Johnson Agency Team and State Farm.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License - must already have or be capable to pass test and obtain license within first 30 days from employment
  • Washington Life and Health Insurance License - must already have or be capable to pass test and obtain license when recommended
  • Experienced in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative) with a track record
  • Experienced in sales of insurance or financial services with a track record
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a diverse group of people
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
  • Base salary plus commissions

Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
